4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us at support@sorai.academy within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. You will be notified of any payment issues via email.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid content until the end of your billing period.
7. Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any taxes that apply to your purchase based on your location. Taxes will be calculated and added to your total at checkout.
8. Currency
All transactions are processed in USD. If you are paying from a different currency, your bank or credit card provider may apply currency conversion fees.
